Fractured Instrument in Root canal

This xray shows a lower right first molar tooth which has previously had root canal treated and restored with a crown restoration. The blue arrow denotes a fractured endodontic instrument in the distal (back) root, which is a complication that can occur during root canal treatment of a tooth.
