Incorrect Root Filling x-ray
This dental xray shows the failure of an anterior incisor restoration. The root filling, denoted by the left blue arrow is not ideal, as it is short of the root apex. The metal post denoted by the black arrow, has been placed at an incorrect angle as it is not inline with the root canal and appears to have perforated the side of the root. These factors have contributed to the formation of a dental abscess.
